Prince2 stands for the second version of Projects in Controlled Environments. It is a project management method covering the organization, management and control of projects.

PRINCE2 is a flexible method that can be tailored to fit the needs of different projects and organizations. It is often used in conjunction with other quality management approaches, such as Six Sigma or Lean.
